Will you check the contents of my mails/parcels?

Unfortunately we are not able to check the contents of the parcels.
We check only the sender’s information and quantity of parcels.

Excluding these cases:

• Unknown mails/parcels
• Damaged mails/parcels
• When Japan Post gives instructions to check
