1. Log in
Log into your account with User ID and password. Select “English”.
If you forget your ID or password, click “Forgot password” link and fill in your registered E-mail address.
2. Shopping service menu
Click “Shopping service” in the menu.
3. Shopping request form
Fill out shopping information in the “Shopping request form”.
Shop name: Copy and Paste from Japanese website if you cannot type in Japanese.
Item name: Copy and Paste from Japanese website if you cannot type in Japanese.
Item URL: Copy and Paste the URL of the page.
Color/Size: If there is any option, please fill out the details.
Quantity: Enter the number you want to buy.
Click “Add the Item” button at the bottom.
4. “We received your shopping request” E-mail
You will receive “We have received your shopping request” E-mail.
You will find the shopping request No., Shop name, Item name, Item URL, Item color/size/type (option) and quantity in the E-mail.
5. Checking
In the shopping request list, “checking” icon will be shown during our staff is checking the requested item.
6. “Shopping service-Invoice” E-mail
You will receive “Shopping service-Invoice” E-mail within 3 business days.
7. Log in
Log into your account.
8. Unpaid
Go to “Shopping service” page. “Unpaid” icon is shown. Click the request No.
9. Payment
Confirm the total amount and click “Make a Payment (PayPal)” button at the bottom.
10. PayPal
Log into PayPal and make a payment.
11. Shopping request sent
12. “Payment confirmed” E-mail
You will receive a “Payment confirmed” E-mail.
13. “Shopping service-Order completed” E-mail
After our staff order the item on your behalf, you will receive a “Shopping service-Order completed” E-mail.
14. Ordered
In the shopping request list, “Ordered” icon is shown, which means our staff has already ordered the item for you.
15. “Your parcel arrived” E-mail
You will receive a “Your parcel arrived” E-mail.
16. Place a shipping request whenever you want to ship the parcel.
