This is a unique service that offers a private address for customers located overseas.
Packages and letters addressed to the customer is received by our stationed staff and stored in the customer’s private box.

Why was DANKEBOX established?
DANKEBOX is established 20 years ago, specializing in overseas shipping services.
The founder of DANKEBOX has been involved in startups and business development since 1998, based in Europe.
Living in Europe, there were two problems that troubled him: Shipping of packages from Japan, and the difficulty of obtaining Japanese made goods.
This service was started for the sake of other overseas residents and foreigners facing the same problems.
In the main, our customers consist of embassy staff and expatriates, collectors of Japanese products, and also traders who sell products abroad to fans of Japanese merchandise.
